I have been feeding two stray cats for over two years and my Dog Tuc will grab my hand with his mouth to let me know that the cats are outside waiting to eat. I don’t know how he knows because they don’t cry at the door. Tuc is such a good dog.

I love how my dog chooses me to cuddle with every night.
My boy does a submissive smile everytime we come home! He shows his teeth and literally smiles! When we first got him we weren’t sure if he mad and growling or happy, but after some research and him consistently doing it everytime we came home we can’t get enough of his “scary smile”!

The one thing that my dog that makes me smile is when I come home from work she is waiting by the door and when she sees me she stands up and her whole butt is wiggling. Then when I come in the door she is running around and circles and jumping her bed and rolling all over it and then comes over to me gives me kisses, runs back to the bed and rolls around all over it some more and then comes back to me again. It’s the cutest thing!

One quality (of many) that my dog has that makes me smile is how good she is with my 2 year old niece. She has so much energy and is always running around, yet she is always so good and careful when she is playing with my niece, who loves her so much!
My Boston Terrier is super patient and accepting with my 18 month old son who loves him a little too roughly sometimes. He allows some poking and pinching and has helped my son learn what is gentle acceptable treatment and has never attempted to correct him as I keep their interactions safe. Love this dog.

Max always makes me smiles, by either being cute, silly or just affectionate.
My dog is a huge cuddler! He’s 77 lbs and loves to put his head under your chin and lean against you! He’s so sweet and makes me smile all the time. When he lays down,he’s always touching at least one person.
I love the way both boys go belly up each morning for snuggles and belly rubs!
How she protects me!!
Lady Shasta, my oldest Beagle at 10+ years, will still grab a stuffy and carry it to the door to let me know she needs outside – back and forth, back and forth – when I am sitting at the computer and she thinks I am not letting her out quickly enough.
there are so many. i have 3 little gals. the 2 younger girls are very close, 1st cousins. they look like 2 peas in a pod. Harley the youngest makes me laugh b/c she likes to french kiss. she also likes to hold her left paw up at me all of the time like she is high 5ing me.

Well, I have three Treeing Walker Coonhounds and three cats (all rescues). Each has their own personality, so I guess each makes me happy in their own way. For the dogs, my boy, Kenji, is the clown who makes me laugh. My sweet hound girl, Kyoko, is my shadow – she shares my pillow at night and is sleeping on the couch right next to me as I type this. My other boy, Seiji, had a rough start with me (I suspect he may have been abused before I adopted him and it took a long time for him to learn to trust, to open up and play, and to be as loving as the other dogs. For the cats, my old girl, Moko, is the single most affectionate cat I’ve ever known, but she’s having health issues and despite her constant giving of love, I worry about her. The middle cat, Arata, is actually my daughter’s cat and he’s always getting into trouble. Cat number 3 is my kitten. Well, she just turned one, but I found her when she was just two weeks old and had to bottle feed her at first. Kotoha is crazy playful one minute and cuddly the next. She’s my baby!
I have 3 dogs, 2 are Boston Terrier’s and one is a mix of Boston/Chihuahua. They make me smile every morning when they get up and wag their tails at me. They are with me all the time and I would be lost without them.
Cappy my long-haired dashshund has a habit of making funny expressions and rolling to his back when he has done something wrong. He and my dashshund/lab mix also love to have water sprayed at them so they can jump and catch it.
How good he is with my daughter!
She does this funny little open-mouthed, panting laughing sound. She loves to do this after she farts near me. She thinks that it’s hilarious and I think it’s pretty funny too.
My baby (Instagram: aspen.the.boston) is the friendliest little puppy in the whole world — she loves meeting new people and other animals, and I love seeing everyone’s face light up when they meet her!
