Personalized Photo Gifts for Pet Parents from Snapfish

Disclosure: This post is sponsored by Snapfish and we have been compensated by them to spread the word about their products. We only share what we really love, though!

In this digital age, I always have a hard time finding ways to print and display my photos. Maybe you can relate! It’s great to have them available anywhere on your phone or computer, but it’s nice to actually have something tangible to hold in your hands.

I took several photos of Henry this summer that I loved so much that I didn’t want to just leave them hidden on my hard drive — but I also didn’t want to fill the very few frames we own with them since we’re about to have our engagement photos taken.  What’s a gal to do?

Enter Snapfish: the online site you know for photo prints and books also offers incredible personalized gifts! I was able to turn my Henry photos into adorable, affordable, and functional items that I can use every day.

The Biggest Dog Product Trends at Global Pet Expo 2018

I recently returned from Global Pet Expo, the pet industry’s largest trade show, in Orlando, Florida. Sure, some people think the Disney parks are the city’s best attraction — for me, on the other hand, the Global floor was the real theme park! Armed with my terrible cell phone camera, a color-coded map, and the fabulous Bryn from A Dog Walks Into a Bar, I set out to find the greatest new pet products on the market.

Pet Hydration Month: Does Your Pet Drink Enough?

This post is brought to you by PetSafe® Brand, who provided us with a PetSafe Drinkwell® Sedona Pet Fountain

It’s the summer! That means romps at the beach, dips in the pool, and boating at the lake with your furry friend.  Summer is the perfect time to have fun on the water, but have you thought about how important water is to your dog’s health? July is Pet Hydration Month, and we’ve teamed up with PetSafe® Brand to help keep your pets happy and hydrated!

Valentine’s Day Gifts For You and Your Dog

Disclaimer: This post contains affiliate links.

I have a serious, long-term boyfriend, but I’ll admit that I am putting much more energy into finding Henry’s Valentine’s Day gift. There’s something about picking up another individual’s poop that strengthens a relationship! When searching for the perfect gift to celebrate our bond, I found some great matching sets that I know my fellow Crazy Dog Ladies would love — many from Etsy shops and artisans. Cheers to puppy love!

Teach Your Dog to “Touch:” Trick or Treat Giveaway Hop 2016

The Trick or Treat Giveaway Hop is sponsored by Caru, Nature’s Logic, and The Honest Kitchen.

We’re so excited to be a part of this year’s Trick or Treat Giveaway Hop! Henry and I are joining up with fourteen other dog bloggers to bring you the chance to win almost $600 in prizes while teaching your dog fifteen new tricks.

We’re going to teach you a “trick” that will help you keep your dog’s attention if there is something distracting afoot. Henry is reactive on walks, which can be a challenge in the city, and teaching him to touch my hand on command helps to center him and regain his focus if we run into another dog. Keeping reading for your chance to learn “TOUCH” and win a bunch of fun prizes!

Pets By Petra: Brooklyn-Based Pet Photography

Looking for a pet photographer in the Brooklyn area? Look no further! Petra Romano of Pets by Petra reached out to me to see if Henry and I would be interested in participating in one of her new “Expressions” photo shoots as well as a few portraits of the two of us together in exchange for featuring the experience on the blog. I was thrilled to accept and we had an incredible time. Keep reading to learn more about Petra, see the photos from the shoot, and even save some money on your own shoot!
